Chicago’s great Teklife footwork crew has shared a belated holiday present with Teklife VIP, a free compilation featuring DJ Paypal, Taso, DJ Taye, DJ Manny, and others. VIP’s 14 tracks feature easily recognizable flips of songs by Desiigner (Paypal’s “Pop a Perc,” which samples “Panda”), Kanye West (Durban’s “Theraflu”), Rich the Kid (Durban and Mel G’s “Plug”) and reggae legend Sister Nancy (DJ Manny and DJ Phil’s “Bam Bam”), plus others.

As FACT Mag notes, Teklife VIP is the second release from the crew in recent weeks, following Taso’s album New Start, which dropped December 16.
